1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • APO/FPO addresses.

Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We provide multiple shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Business Days: Excludes weekends and public holidays.

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking information via email or text once your order ships. This includes a link to monitor your delivery status. You can also access tracking information directly through your Jalzachih Leather Bros. account.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, such as oversized or specialty products, may require additional fees or extended delivery times. These details will be clearly noted on the product page.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions.

  • Carrier disruptions.

  • High order volumes during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

We will keep you updated in the event of significant delays.
