2. Return Process

Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
3. Refunds

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition, such as:

4. Exchanges
We only replace manufacture defective items. To request an exchange, contact us at sales@jalzachihleatherbros.com.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
